1. Sign SRS Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Disclosure of proprietary technology and roadmap information from both SRS and from prospective licensee or chip company
- Business discussion
- Business terms finalized
- Integration of SRS technology into target product commences
2. SRS licensing agreement is fully executed by both parties
- SRS and Licensee discuss marketing and PR schedule & activities to support the sales of the product
- Product is pre-tested by licensee using SRS test procedures
- Product is submitted to SRS facility for testing/certification
3. SRS delivers certification approval to customer
- Customer starts mass production
- Both entities work closely together to market the product featuring the SRS technology
- Customer ships product into market
- Planning process begins for next product
4. Licensee submits quarterly royalty reports/payments as sales continues
